Welcoming 2012 Part I1/10/2012 Happy Belated New Year!!! I know I am 10 days late but it is better late than never.
So I admit, I havn’t been blogging as much as I would want to, but I have good reason for not doing so because of work, work work... not that I am complaining, I love every minute of it. This year has been a successful start of a wonderful New Year in design field!!! Few tips for designers who want to freelance or find contract work, I highly recommend that you find work in and around your local area and set up a good relations with a local printer. I feel it is very important and necessary when you are starting out. Like anything else in life, things take time. You don’t see a tree growing over night. Nothing in this world is handed to you in silver platter unless you are a celebrity’s child or born into the Royal family. Like most of us, we haven’t fallen into any of the two categories. So what do we do? Well, based on my personal experience will let you in on my tips and tricks of how I happen to get steady flow of clients and also being able to challenge my creativity in design. Let me tell you right now that it didnt happen over night. Most design bloggers do give you great tips for how to go about finding freelancing work but I do find it very generic. This is from my own personal experience. You may take my advice or leave as is. At the end, you are the one making the decision. To be continued...
